At Hilti we take COVID-19 very seriously and our highest priority is to ensure the safety of employees and their families - as well as customers and business partners. At the same time, we know you rely on us to help keep your business moving forward.

Our business continues as before, but we have introduced new safety measures, based on recommendations and guidelines from the Danish Government and the Health Authorities.  

We take our precautions 

  • We have implemented measures in all our stores such as extra cleaning and available hand sanitizer
  • When visiting our Hilti Stores, we will ask you to use our Click & Collect service via so we can pack your goods for you and minimize physical contact.

All sales channels are open

  • Your Account Manager is available as usually. If you want to minimize the physical contact, he or she can be contacted by phone or mail
  • Our Hilti Stores are open with normal working hours and have full inventory. 
  • Customer service is open as usual. Call +45 44 88 80 80 or email for ordering, order tracking and consulting.
  • At you can get answers to most of your questions, manage your tool park and place orders around the clock.


Delivery times and availability of Stock

Has there been any impact on delivery times?

We deliver most of our orders on time and do not see a significant impact on our inventory, however longer deliveries may occur on some deliveries due to security measures.

You can as always order through our website, in our stores, customer service or at your local Hilti Account Manager.



Hilti Stores

Can I still go to my local Hilti Store?

From January 4, 2021, our stores will be open with normal opening hours. However, we will only accept orders from business customers during this period due to the current restrictions.

Furthermore, we encourage all customers to call before their visit or use our Click & Collect service to minimize unnecessary physical contact.



Are you still accepting repairs?

Yes we recieve repairs.

Our Tool Service Center continues to service, calibrate, and repair tools. However, delayed deliveries may occur as we find ourselves in an unusual situation. These deliveries are exempted from our 3 day or free policy. We can therefore no longer guarantee that the repair is completed in 3 days.
